Great wood product. Really jazzed up the gun.
This kit really makes the AK stound out, the finish is great, and it gives the model some much needed weight. All the AK's in my collection are fitted out with the wood kits.

Both AKs assembled flawlessly. Zero issues there. It was a bit of a struggle to load the mags, as the first round would tend to nose-dive as soon as I started loading the second, no biggie as I was able to finesse them eventually with a small screwdriver. My biggest hurdle was with the real wood sets. Both the upper handguards needed TLC to fit smoothly. On of the stocks had a hole that was drilled deep enough. One of the pistol grips wasn't recessed up top to accept the receiver lug an needed work with an Xacto knife. Eventuality everything came together, and they look awesome in line with my other GG. Made from Pterocarpus soyauxii redwood, the same wood as our Wooden rack.
Installation: To install grip, you will need to remove dust cover and loosen screw via the top. To apply new handguards, you must remove the rod and loosen screw to remove previous guards.
When screwing in wood parts, you must be firm with pressure.
